In Kind Direct's Big Community Picnic

On 8th August 2017, nearly 300 children from 30 different charities joined 100 volunteers from In Kind Direct’s donor network at the stunning Royal Hospital, Chelsea for our Big Community Picnic. And what a wonderful day it was! In Kind Direct’s charities and child beneficiaries were able to connect with some of our key product donors and supporters. The highlights included fancy dress, ice cream tricycles, face-painting, arts and crafts, Disney song and dance, storytelling, footie skills, a bubble zone and a very special meet and greet, with none other than Disney’s Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

For 20 years In Kind Direct has helped more than 8,500 charitable organisations to save money, expand their services and support disadvantaged people in their community. Our charity partners sit at the heart of everything we do and we felt our 20th Anniversary Year was the perfect opportunity to celebrate this extraordinary community and the work they do, day in, day out.

We all had the most wonderful time yesterday at the 20th Birthday Party. The event was spectacular; well-organised, ultra-friendly and the children were entertained all day. The volunteers were there to grant our every wish and the children loved them - wanting to be party leaders when they grow up. Thank you so much for inviting us
