How to keep your account details up to date

Every year, organisations renew their account for free with In Kind Direct. As well as making sure everything’s up to date, you’ll receive a summary of the savings you’ve made by working with us. You can also check and change the contact details we have for you.
Did you know you can access your account at any time, and can change contact details, add new users or remove users ?
As we approach a busy time of year we encourage you to take a minute to check that everyone who needs access is listed and contact details are correct.
Here’s how:
2. In the top left menu block, select ‘User Accounts’ to view a list of named users for your organisation. They will have one of two levels of access:
Users with ‘Account Controller’ access can add, remove and update any user. They can also place orders.
Users with ‘Order Authorisation’ access can view other user accounts but can only update their own details. They can also place orders.
3. If you have ‘Account Controller’ access and add a new user to your account, they will be sent an email to notify them and invite them to log in.
